Impactful training delivery
Our experts or the trainer will give full commitment to understand the participants and share their knowledge, tips, and tricks during training delivery.
We try our best to fulfill the client’s requirement and ease their journey to gain the knowledge. Therefore, we provide a few options below to encourage them to learn.
i. Public Training
- Training conduct at our center or hotel.
- Mix with other companies.
- Suitable if you have a small number of people to attend the training. Normally less than 5 pax
ii. In-House Training.
- Training conduct at the client’s office.
- Training exclusively for the client’s employee.
- Suitable if you have a big number of people to attend the training. Normally 15 to 25 Pax per class.
iii. On-Site Training
- Training conduct outside the client’s office.
- Training exclusively for the client’s employee.
- Suitable if you have a big number of people but you do not have space or training room or you want to have a new environment during the training. Normally, you can rent our training room or hotel.
iv. Customize training
- We tailor made the course content to meet your training requirement.
- Suitable If you have a special requirement, problem or need to highlight or focus during the training.
v. One to one training / Small group training
- Training conduct exclusive for you with a small number of people. Normally, 1 to 3 pax. Training conduct at the client’s office or any places.
- Suitable if you have the small number of people but you cannot send them to public training or no public training available or you have urgent to attend the training.
Cancellation & Refund
* Any cancellation must be made in writing to reach us 10 working days prior to training date.
* if writing notice is received between 6-10 days working days, 50% of total training fees is chargeable.
* if writing notice is received less 6 days, 100% of total training fees is chargeable
* Any postponement must be made in writing to reach us 10 working days prior to training days.
* if writing notice is received between 6-10 days, 25% of total training fees is chargeable.
* if writing notice is received less than 6 days, 50% of total training fees is chargeable.
